OCF Gal's Ministry Baking Session

OCF Girl's Ministry organized a surprise event for the guys, as they were having their guy's ministry.
We baked and brought dessert for the guys, after their first session of the year.
Such potential gals we have here in OCF.
Most of them, do not have any baking experience!
Yet, they came early that morning, with the willingness to learn, fellowship with other gals and just have fun! They really putting their hearts and sweat into this baking session event lo :)

You gals were and still are AWESOME!~
So proud of you gals. You gals made it happen. Couldn't have done it without ya all!

Baking session taught me somethings about these gals...
Girls who are up for the challenge, willing to give their best shot in doing things & being teachable to learn, as well having the humble spirit to serve one another and the brothers.
They have so much potential, even with the lil or no experience that they have.
Yet, I can see God can still use each and everyone of them to do great and wonderful things.

So serve one another with what you already have... whether it's lil or limited... with the help of others guiding you through and the guide of God's Holy Spirit in us, He is able to use whatever we have on us and in us. It's not how much we have... sometimes, it seems like we don't even have anything to offer.. but really, sometimes, the only things you need are your hands to work, your mouth to speak, your arms to express... whatever gifts you have.. both strengths and weaknesses, He can use it all. Just surrender it to Him and He'll lead us through.

So, serve though ppl may see or not see the significance of it.
Serve even if there are those who doesn't appreciate or see what you brought or can bring.
Serve those who doesn't seem worthy to be served... Just as Christ came to serve unworthy people instead of being served (Matt 20:28; Mark 10:45)
"Just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve..." (NIV)
"For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others..." (NLT)

Just serve whole-heartedly anyway, because what we're doing is not merely for others, but for God (Eph 6:7)
"Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men" (NIV)
"Work with enthusiasm, as though you were serving the Lord, rather than people" (NLT)

Amen!

My Name...

What Lizzie Means

You are relaxed, chill, and very likely to go with the flow.

You are light hearted and accepting. You don't get worked up easily.

Well adjusted and incredibly happy, many people wonder what your secret to life is.

You tend to be pretty tightly wound. It's easy to get you excited... which can be a good or bad thing.

You have a lot of enthusiasm, but it fades rather quickly. You don't stick with any one thing for very long.

You have the drive to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Your biggest problem is making sure you finish the projects you start.

You are incredibly wise and perceptive. You have a lot of life experience.

You are a natural peacemaker, and you are especially good at helping others get along.

But keeping the peace in your own life is not easy. You see things very differently, and it's hard to get you to budge.

You are friendly, charming, and warm. You get along with almost everyone.

You work hard not to rock the boat. Your easy going attitude brings people together.

At times, you can be a little flaky and irresponsible. But for the important things, you pull it together.
